Single-dose psilocybin therapy with psychotherapy support in the treatment of major depressive disorder: a placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomized clinical trial
In this randomized trial, a single 25 mg dose of psilocybin with psychotherapeutic support led
to clinically and statistically significant reductions in depressive symptoms and
improvements in functional capacity compared to a 100 mg niacin placebo, administered
under the same protocol. These findings contribute to the growing body of evidence that
psilocybin, when used with psychological support, may be a promising new approach for
treating major depressive episodes.

This law prescribes the regulation and prohibition of the possession, production, distribution, marketing and use of psychoactive substances, including psychedelics.
